Diner 31/09/12

We love fusion food our last supper for 2009 was Spinach with cumin seed, Fry rice with cashew nut and mix vegges with the leave over of yesterday's aurbegines.
Spinach with cumin
Ingredients:
1 soon of cumin seeds
Half packet of frozen spinach -around 250 grm-
olive oil
salt
Put in a pan the oil, seeds and fry in low hear for minute add the spinach and salt, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Fry rice with cashew nut
cook rice -the leave over from yesterday-
handful of salted cashew nut
oil
Fry the nuts for a minute and add the rice mix well with the oil and cook for 5 minute!

Mix veggies
I just add forzen mix veggies to the tomato souce and cooked together for 5 minutes.

    this morning - boiled potato mixed with with shitake mushroom, dijon mustard and toasted sunflower seeds served with a carrot and coconut salad seasoned with a little sesame oil.
