"Dal Palak"







"Dal Palak" or Lentils with Spinach with flat bread




This is a really nice and simple dish, full of protein and calcium, goes well with rice or bread. Here we get this flat bread that is wholemeal.



Ingredients:

1 cup of red split lentils
1/2 packet of frozen spinach
1spoon of chop ginger

1 choped fresh chilli

1/2 tea spoon of tumeric powder

1 tea spoon of cumin seed

1tea spoon of curry powder

oil, salt and 3 cups water

Fry the cumin seeds then add the chilli and ginger, then add the powders and fry for 1 minute, add the lentils, water and the spinach cook for 20 minutes and is ready,
