Vegan in Sudan

" We are what we eat"
This blog is a way to share with your dear friend my experience of being in Sudan. I could tell you about the politics and how the peace process is going or how is the organisation of the election. But instead I have decided to share what is like to be vegan in here. Share my gusto for cooking and eating vegan food in this land.

Here there are some delicious veggies like Rocket that grows at the shore of the Nile, tomatoes, courgette, and aubergine. Good fruit like fabulous guavas, mangos, bananas, grapefruits, the apples and grapes that come from South Africa. The food is expensive here, actually more than in England!
